Our 7-Day Return Promise

We offer a 7-day return and money-back guarantee on eligible purchases delivered within Pakistan.

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the item meets our return conditions.

Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Return Eligibility

To ensure a smooth return experience, all items must be:

Unworn, unused, and unwashed.
In their original packaging and condition.
Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
Returned with all original tags and labels attached.
Reported for return within 7 days of delivery.

All returned items undergo a quality inspection before approval.

Items Not Eligible for Return

Certain pieces are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

These include:

Sale and discounted merchandise.
Custom-made or personalized orders.
Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged.
Products without original packaging or tags.
Requests submitted after the 7-day return window.

Slight differences in product colors due to lighting, photography, or screen settings are not considered defects.

Exchanges Made Simple

Exchange requests may be submitted within 7 days of delivery for eligible orders within Pakistan.

Exchanges are subject to product availability. Standard shipping charges apply, and any difference in product price must be paid by the customer.

All exchanged products must meet our original return eligibility requirements.

Refunds & Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, our team will review your request.

If approved, your refund will be processed according to the applicable payment method.

Please keep in mind:

Original delivery charges are non-refundable.
Approved refunds are subject to verification.
Full cancellation refunds for prepaid orders may take approximately 14 days to process.
Partial refunds for modified prepaid orders are processed after dispatch of the remaining items.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Every order is carefully checked before dispatch. However, if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please inform us within 7 days of delivery.

For verified claims within Pakistan, we arrange complimentary pickup and provide an appropriate resolution following inspection.

We recommend contacting our support team before arranging any return shipment.

International Purchases

International orders are considered final sale and are not eligible for standard returns or exchanges.

If an international order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Following verification, we will arrange a replacement. If the purchased item is no longer available, full store credit for the product value will be offered.

Order Changes & Cancellations

We understand that plans can change.

Order details can be modified within 24 hours of placing an order, subject to verification and dispatch status.

Once an order has been verified or dispatched, changes may no longer be possible.

If a parcel is refused without a valid reason, eligible store credit may be provided after the product has been returned and inspected.
