All Zainab collection goods come with a 7-day money-back guarantee. Customers can return our products within seven days if they are unhappy with them and receive a refund. We will not refund delivery charges in any situation of refund or exchange
IN THE EVENT OF A RETURN/EXCHANGE, THE CONDITION OF THE PRODUCTS
To be eligible for a return (either for an exchange or for a refund), a product must be:
• unused and unworn
• in its original packing
• with the original receipt,
• claimed within 7 days of delivery.
Sale items are not returnable or exchangeable. The products must be in perfect condition, with the pricing label securely attached.
MODIFICATIONS TO ADDRESS/INFORMATION:
Customers can make changes to their information within 24 hours of placing their order. When you get a ‘confirmation call’ from our agent, you can also talk about this. Once an order has been verified or dispatched, no changes to the address or information can be made.
CANCELLATION OF ORDERS:
You have the option to cancel items or orders that have not yet entered the delivery process. In contrast, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information after your product has shipped. Our exchange policy will apply in this case. Zainab collection reserves the right to cancel orders for any reason, including:
- stock unavailability
- payment by your authorized payment institution declined
- pricing inaccuracy
- wrong information/address provided by the customer
- if the customer does not respond to the confirmation call, text, or e-mail
Within 24 hours of placing an order, you can make modifications or additions. Furthermore, our agent will confirm if the customer wishes to add or alter anything during the confirmation call. On exchanged items for a new size, the Zainab collection entails ordinary transport expenses. All exchanges, however, are based on stock availability. Any additional costs on top of the item must be paid by the customer in the event of an exchange for another item.
Zainab collection does not offer returns and exchanges on any of our international orders at the moment. But we make sure that all international orders go under extreme QC Process before we dispatch them. In case of any defected or damaged item being received by the customer, a fresh item will be sent again after necessary investigations of the claim. If the ordered product/size is not available in stock anymore, a full amount of store credit shall be offered to the customer. The customer should notify the discrepancy within 07 days of the online order being delivered. Zainab collection will not cater to any exchange/return after the above-mentioned time period.

Zainab collection monitors return activity for abuse and reserves the right to limit returns or exchanges at Zainab collection online and offline stores in all instances.

However, the Zainab collection advises that no product should be purchased through any other means than those specified above. Unauthorized resellers, persons, Facebook, and Instagram accounts are not responsible for anything purchased by the Zainab Collection.
At this time, Zainab Collection uses the following courier providers to deliver your orders. The corporation, on the other hand, is under no obligation to change courier agents at any time.

ORDER VERIFICATION AND DELIVERY TIME:
Orders placed Monday through Sunday may require 1-2 working days for verification and preparation.
Orders placed on Thursday and Friday, as well as any gazette holidays, will be processed the next business day. Orders may be delayed temporarily during peak hours or due to delays in information verification.
ONLINE BILLING PROCEDURE
Customers who choose to pay by credit card online may be subjected to a fraud check to ensure a secure, legal transaction and a pleasant experience. Once the confirmation is completed, the order will be processed.
If the status check for online payment is not granted, the order will be canceled.
DELIVERY WITH CASH ON DELIVERY (ONLY AVAILABLE IN PAKISTAN)
Customers who want cash on delivery will pay the fees once the order has been accepted. You will receive an email with tracking information after your product has been dispatched; be sure to check your junk/spam folder as well.
We verify orders with a maximum of four confirmation calls for cash on delivery orders. Your order will be canceled if it is left unattended.
SHIPPING AND CUSTOMS CHARGES:
In international transactions, shipping charges are calculated based on the destination, size, and weight of your item. The consumer will be responsible for any customs duties or taxes imposed by the respective country’s officials. While placing a purchase, one can also verify the foreign costs applicable to their region by selecting the ‘estimate shipping and taxes’ option.
Within Pakistan, we presently offer free local shipping on orders over RS.3250.
SALE ITEMS ARE NOT EXCHANGEABLE OR RETURNABLE.
Please keep in mind that due to photography lighting sources or monitor settings, product colors may vary slightly. As a result, for these reasons, products are not eligible for exchange.
Please note that any additional fabric or patches included with the purchase are listed in the website’s product description. Unless otherwise stated in the description, any surplus fabric or embellishments used during shooting will not be included with the product.
MODIFICATIONS/RETURNS ON PAID ORDERS:
in the event that a paid order is modified, a partial refund will be applied to your account once the remaining order is dispatched. If the entire purchased order is canceled, the refund will take roughly two weeks to process.
The current exchange rate will be used to calculate the reimbursement for the items that have been returned or exchanged.
IN THE EVENT OF A DEFECTIVE OR MISPLACED ORDER:
in the event that a customer receives a defective or incorrect order, the Zainab collection offers free pick-up in Pakistan to address the situation. If the consumer accepts the order, however, the corporation is no longer responsible for any flaws or misplacements.
Unless our representative requests it, we do not offer any courier service compensation if the consumer returns the goods.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR FABRICATION AND WASHING:
the majority of our abayas are manufactured of 100 percent pure Korean georgette. Every item on the zainabcollecion.com website has its materials listed in the product description. Any damage caused by washing or ironing an abaya or hijab is not the responsibility of the Zainab collection.
REFUSAL OF PARCEL WITHOUT REASON:
If the client refuses to receive the parcel at the time of delivery without reason, we will not consider any claims for reimbursements. Instead, after the goods are returned to our stock, a shop credit will be issued against them. You will be granted an exchange/store credit once the relevant staff has assessed your product, subject to availability.
